Water-Only Fasting
My introduction to fasting began fifteen years ago. I embarked on a personal 10-day water-only fast, a profound experience that ignited my passion for fasting as a healing modality. Since then, I have explored various types of fasting but consistently return to water-only. For the past five years, I have committed to twice yearly water-only fasts and intend to continue this practice throughout my life.
My personal and professional realisation is that fasting encourages the body to heal and repair itself!

Retreats
In 2021, I established a retreat centre where I host transformative fasting holidays. Our retreats are designed to provide a nurturing environment that honours everyone’s journey toward wellness.
What We Offer:
- Intimate Group Settings: We keep our groups small to ensure personalized attention and support for every participant.
- Immersive Natural Living: Experience the serenity of our field and forest garden, staying in comfortable yurts and eco-friendly structures that blend seamlessly with nature.
- Guided Water Fasting: Our water fasts are between 3 to 5 days, allowing your body to enter ketosis—a metabolic state that promotes healing and rejuvenation.
- Biophilic Approach: We believe that connecting with a healthy natural environment is a powerful pathway to personal healing. Our retreat design fosters this connection, enhancing your overall well-being.
- Holistic Daily Practices: Each day includes yoga sessions, access to our sauna, and various bodywork treatments (e.g. reflexology, massage, cranio-sacral therapy), providing ample opportunities for rest and restoration.
Throughout your stay, you’ll receive compassionate support, ensuring a safe and transformative fasting experience.
